Welcome to Embody Yoga, where yoga meets you where you are. A sacred space to foster connection, compassion and steadiness - inside and out regardless of your age, Physical limitations or experience level.
Yoga is a spiritual practice and a wisdom lineage all about breath and connection. The postures we make, the breaths we take, the transitions, triumphs and challenges on the mat are all teachers, helping us grow increasingly conscientious in how we shape our lives in relationship to ourselves, and the world around us.

As a Yoga teacher and Sound facilitator I believe that Yoga is the dance of the spirit driven by the intuition, facilitating healing and freedom for self expression. My mission is to provide inclusive classes to explore, to grow and belong by offering welcoming and purposeful yoga classes for all levels to enjoy. When we come together for practice in community, it is a reminder that we are all part of this body, and that everything is about deep connection.

Purpose and Connection
​
In my classes you can expect creative flows travelling all around the mat, with a big focus on deep intention and empowering students to remain authentic in their own bodies. I offer a layered teaching approach for students to draw on the intelligence of their own bodies to feel drawn to explore, unravel and expand. I see movement as joy in motion, and I guide my students to be intuitive by listening to the call of their bodies while focusing on mind body connection.
